Service

Basic Services, Inc. provides depot maintenance on all products listed whether or not it was purchased from us. Just call, fax, or email with the type of equipment and the problem or services required. We will then send a carton and a UPS call tag for your equipment. In most cases equipment is repaired and shipped within (2) working days from receipt of unit.

On site service is available for most parts of the United States
