Basic Services, Inc. provides service repairs on all products listed on our website whether or not it was purchased from us. BSI provides the highest quality On-Site Service and repairs to bank and business equipment in Georgia and fast, economical Depot Service for other parts of the United States. Preventative maintenance agreements are also available.
Depot Service is performed at our location in Norcross, Georgia. Equipment can either be shipped via shipping carrier or hand deliver to our office. Please contact us if you require a carton and packing material and we will send a carton with packing material and a FED EX return label/call tag for your equipment. In most cases equipment is repaired and shipped within two (2) working days from receipt of unit.
Depot Service Labor Rate: $120 for the first hour (minimum) and then in 15 minute increments thereafter.
Parts and consumables (i.e., ribbons, ink rollers, toners, etc.) necessary to repair equipment are charged at current list prices.
On-Site Service is available for the state of Georgia. On site service is available during normal business hours, Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm EST. Response time is usually same day service or the following day for customers located within 50 miles from our office.
On-Site Service Labor Rate: $150 for the first hour (minimum) and then in 15 minute increments thereafter.
Parts and consumables (i.e., ribbons, ink rolls, toners, etc.) necessary to repair equipment are charged at current list prices.
On-Site Service Travel Time (Flat Rate):
Customers within 0-50 miles: no travel charge
Customers within 51-74 miles: $70
Customers within 75-99 miles: $100
Customers within 100 + miles: $130
Preventative Maintenance Service Agreements are available for most models of equipment. This plan includes labor, travel time, and routine inspections. Any service calls necessary between inspections will be furnished at no additional cost to user during normal business hours. Parts and consumables (i.e., ribbons, ink rolls, toners, etc.) necessary to repair equipment are not included in this plan and will be furnished at current list prices. Priority service is standard with this plan during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST.
Note: Equipment must be in working condition before it can be placed under service agreement.
