The AutoSeal® FD 2094 & FD 2084 utilize patented pressure seal technology to efficiently process cut-sheet and continuous pressure seal forms in a mid-volume production environment. Both units are capable of processing up to 400,000 forms monthly at speeds of up to 28,000 forms per hour.
The FD 2094 is fully-automated and uses a bottom air-feed system for continual loading of cut-sheet forms. The FD 2084 is a combination of the FD 2094 and the Formax FD 676 Maxi Burster. This configuration is capable of separating, folding, and sealing continuous pressure seal forms in-line. Each unit has six pre-programmed fold types with the ability to store up to three custom folds into memory. Fold plates and conveyor stacker wheels are set at the touch of a button, providing efficiency and ease of use. The high-capacity 31” output stacker is a standard feature and offers neat, sequential stacking of forms. An optional center slitter and two-up form kit is available for applications such as double postcards.
All of these features combine to make the FD 2094 & FD 2084 powerful and efficient solutions for automating and processing checks, invoices, PIN notices, tax forms, marketing collateral or any other mid-volume mailings that are produced on a one-piece pressure-sensitive mailer.

Flexible
The FD 2094 & FD 2084 can handle a variety of documents up to 12" wide and 20" long, including checks, invoices, school reports, tax forms, appointment notices, PIN notices and a variety of direct marketing possibilities. Pressure seal mailers can be used for virtually any application that can be printed on one form. An optional center slitter & two-up form kit is available for applications such as double postcards.

Easy to Operate
The FD 2094 & FD 2084 deliver state-of-the-art automated features to make job changes quick and accurate. A variety of different jobs can be programmed and stored into memory. Fold plate adjustments and other functions are completely automated for one-touch operation. The FD 2094 bottom air-feed system and 31” sequential stacker allow for uninterrupted loading and unloading of forms. The FD 2084 trims, separates, folds and seals continuous pressure seal forms with minimal setup.
Both units are equipped with interlocks for fault detection and safety, variable speed control, plus batch and resettable counters.
