The AutoSeal® FD 2052 is a fully automatic pressure sealer which provides the ultimate solution for processing pressure sensitive self-mailers. Designed with ease of operation and efficiency in mind, the FD 2052 automatically detects and adjusts for 11” and 14” (Int’l Size A4) paper sizes and is pre-programmed for three popular folds: Z, C and Half folds. The FD 2052 also has the ability to store up to nine custom fold settings with the simple touch of a button. The feed hopper can hold up to 350 forms which are processed at speeds up to 11,000 per hour. These features combine to make the FD 2052 an ideal solution for streamlining your post processing. Options include a fully enclosed cabinet for storage, an 18” (46cm) or 4’ (122cm) high-capacity conveyor with photo eye for sequential stacking of processed forms, a reverse stacking conveyor for A-to-Z input and A-to-Z output, and a 402 Series Jogger to align forms for proper feeding

Flexible
The FD 2052 handles a variety of documents up to 8.5” (216mm) x 17” (432mm) including checks, invoices, school reports, tax forms and appointment notices. Pressure seal mailers can be used for virtuallyany application that can be printed on one form.
Powerful
The FD 2052 processes forms at a rate of up to 11,000 sheets per hour and can hold up to 350 - 24# (90 gsm) forms in the feed hopper. Combined with a duty cycle of up to 125,000 forms per month, the FD 2052 offers the ultimate solution for streamlining your paper processing.
Easy to Operate
The FD 2052 sets a new standard in pressure seal ease-of-use. Z, C and Half folds for 11” and 14” (Int’l Size A4) forms are automatically set with the touch of a button. Up to nine custom folds can be stored into memory eliminating the need for manual setup of non-traditional pressure seal forms. The user-friendly control panel features LED indicators and a six-digit resettable counter.
