The AutoSeal® FD 2000 pressure sealer is a powerful desktop model designed to process pressure sensitive self-mailers. An easy to use touch-pad control panel and three-roller drop-in feed system make this product both practical and dependable. Standard features include a six-digit counter, jog control, fault detection, and LED indicators. Up to 200 forms can be loaded in the hopper and processed at speeds up to 7,000 forms per hour. The FD 2000 also has an optional fully enclosed cabinet for storage and an 18” or 4’ conveyor with photo-eye for neat and sequential stacking of processed forms.

Flexible
The FD2000 handles a variety of pressure seal forms up to 8 1/2" x 14" including checks, invoices, school reports, tax forms and appointment notices. Pressure seal mailers can be used for virtually any application that can be printed on one form. The extended fold plate processes uneven panel forms up to 8 1/2" x 14".
Powerful
The FD2000 processes forms at a rate of up to 7,000 sheets per hour and can hold up to 200 - 24# forms in the feed hopper. Combined with a duty cycle of up to 35,000 forms per month, the FD2000 offers an economical and reliable solution for departmental post processing.
Easy to Operate
The FD2000 is designed for user friendly operation. Simply set your folds according to the clearly marked settings on the fold plates, load your forms, press start and you're ojn your way. The FD2000 has LED indicators for power on, fault detection, paper out and cover open. It also includes a six-digit counter for audit control.
