We believe that your email address is private information and you have our assurance that we do not rent or sell your email address to anyone. We use your email address to send you order-related emails, such as shipping confirmations or if we have a question about an order.
 
PRICING & AVAILABILITY POLICY:
Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. You will always be notified of any changes at time of order.
 
PAYMENT POLICY:
Basic Services Inc. only accepts U.S. currency. Orders are usually released immediately upon receipt of payment.  When you are finalizing your order during checkout, you will notice that there are 2 payment methods options to pay for your purchases:  PayPal/Credit Card or Check/Money Order.  The PayPal/Credit Card method will take you to PayPal which is the processing company that we use to process your credit cards.  This is a secure site, and you can use your credit card even if you don't have a PayPal account.  Just scroll to the bottom of the paypal page and chose that option.  You may also pay with credit card by phone - please see below for detailed instructions. 
 
Payment methods options:
 
PayPal/Credit Card Online: Online payment method is processed by PayPal. This method will allow 2 payment options: 1. Login to your PayPal account to pay. 2. Pay with Debit or Credit Card – payment types: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Choose this method at checkout, and then click on “Confirm Order and Complete Payment.” On the next screen, Store – Complete Order Payment, click on “Continue to PayPal”, and follow instructions on this page to process payment.            
 
Credit Card by Phone: Credit card authorization online in real time is currently NOT available through our online store. To pay with Credit Card via phone, you may place an order online, then choose “PayPal/Credit Card Method” at checkout, then click on “Confirm Order and Complete Payment”. On the next screen Store – Complete Order Payment, DO NOT click on “Continue to PayPal”, Logout at this screen and phone in to give us your credit card information over the phone. We will charge your credit card manually.
 
Pre-Pay with a Check: Pre-payment with a cashier’s check, company check or money order is accepted. You can place the order online and select “Check/Money Order” as payment method at checkout. Print your order form and mail it along with a cashier’s check, company check or money order.

We will ship your order within 1-2 business days after the check is received. Your order will be cancelled if we do not receive your payment in 15 business days. 
 
SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders placed on this website will ship within 2 business days. In the event that this is not possible (due to backorders or other delays), the customer will be notified of this delay within 1-2 business days of placing the order. Federal Express is our preferred shipping carrier within the United States. Except in the case of an error on Basic Services Inc., shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. In the rare instance that goods are damage, please report the damage to Federal Express and to Basic Services Inc. and keep any damaged packaging just in case it is required for insurance purposes. 
 
SALES TAX:
Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders to be delivered in the state of Georgia.
 
 
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY:
In order to return a product purchased from Basic Services Inc., customer must first obtain authorization from Basic Services Inc. by calling 770-449-1103 or 800-449-2680. Returned merchandise must be complete with all original items and accessories, etc.; no refund will be given for those missing components. On any merchandise authorized to be returned that was correctly supplied and has not yet been used or installed, customer will be responsible for all freight charges on original invoice along with a 25% restocking fee to cover the cost of inspection and repacking. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges.
