Basic Services, Inc. provides service repairs on all products listed on our website whether or not it was purchased from us. We offer depot maintenance and on site service for your convenience.
Depot maintenance is performed at our location in Norcross, Georgia. Just call, fax, or email with the type of equipment and the problem or services required. We will then send a carton and a FED EX return label/call tag for your equipment. In most cases equipment is repaired and shipped within (2) working days from receipt of unit.
On site service is available for the state of Georgia and most parts of the United States. Please contact us to place a service call.
