Secure Processing of One-Piece Mailers
The FD 2052IL System allows operators to print, fold and seal pressure-sensitive one-piece mailers in one step, reducing processing time while increasing document security and confidentiality. The IL System works in-line with model-specific MICR and Non-MICR desktop laser printers. The IL System incorporates the industry-leading fully-automatic FD 2052 AutoSeal a user-friendly LED control panel and the ability to store up to 9 custom folds into memory. The FD 2052IL is ideal for companies processing multiple fold types or for those who need a robust, desktop solution for larger mailings.

Flexible
The FD 2052IL System handles a variety of documents up to 8.5” x 14” including checks, invoices, school reports, tax forms and appointment notices. Pressure seal mailers can be used for virtually any application that can be printed on one form.
Powerful
The FD 2052IL sets a new standard as the first heavy-duty tabletop pressure sealer capable of running in-line with laser printers. The FD2052IL processes up to 175,000 forms per month in a compact and powerful design. The user-friendly control panel features LED indicators and a six-digit resettable counter.
Easy to Operate
The AutoSeal IL System is easily installed. An IL-compatible desktop laser printer (see Specifications, below) is placed on the IL-Alignment Base with the FD 2052IL pressure sealer using placement guides to ensure proper alignment. The IL Alignment Base incorporates an easypull system which allows the printer to be pulled away from the FD2052IL to provide convenient access to the paper path and fold plates.
