Syntron Dental Packers are durable.  Their electromagnetic design offers several advantages.  There have no moving parts, therefore, they never need to be lubricated.  Since they are not motor driven, they can operate continuously without damage from heat build-up.  Their high-frequency vibratory action (3600 vibrations per minute) eliminates trapped air bubbles and voids in fresh dental molds, thus assuring solid, dense molds. 

 

These units are completely self-contained, and the drive units are enclosed in aluminum for resistance to rust and corrosion.  They're small and lightweight so they can be easily moved to wherever they are needed.  The one-piece rubber deck has a raised rubber lip that helps keep the mold or other material on the deck.  The rubber deck is removable for easy cleaning.
