ACCUFAST AF4 Desktop Paper Folder
The ACCUFAST AF4 and AF5 are the AF2's big brothers. They are faster, heavier, more powerful and more productive in every way than the AF2. The ACCUFAST AF4 is the machine for a small print shop or in house print shop that needs simplicity, reliability and a rugged construction that generates the same level of performance for years.
The ACCUFAST AF4 is bolted and welded together from high grade steel. Plastic is reserved for the covers, exit wheel and the occasional latch. It is identical to the ACCUFAST AF5 except that the AF5 has an additional set up feature and variable speed. The AF5 uses a system of LED's to aid the operator in setting the fold dimensions after first selecting the paper size and fold type. The AF5's fold set LED's light the way to show where the paper stops should be set. As with the AF4, fine adjustments are made on the fly by turning the fine tune knobs on each fold plate.
- Self-setting stacking rollers for standard rolds. Also, adjustable for customs.
- "Split table", allows the user to remove only the top half of the fold table for maintenance. This is easier, lighter and also no power cables to connect.
- Both fold tables bottoms are also mounted in a "V" pattern so the operator can easily see and set both fold tables.
- Removable top roller for easy maintenance.
- Removable feed tires and separator.
- 14 gauge steel chassis for an extremely strong and square machine.
- Easy macro and micro paper stop adjustments.
- Half-fold setting a snap.
- Easy skew and paper separator adjustments.
- Insulated for noise reduction.
- Extended conveyor.
