Basic Service Depot provides the highest quality On-site Service for bank and business equipment in most of Georgia. We also offer fast, economical Depot Service throughout the United States and Canada.
On-Site Service: available for most of the state of Georgia during normal business hours. Service is one hour minimum.
Depot Service: $140 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Equipment can either be shipped in or hand delivered. Shipping carton, packing material and return label available upon request. In most cases equipment is repaired and shipped within two (2) working days from receipt of unit.
Service Contracts: available for most models of equipment and include labor, travel time and priority service. Parts and supplies necessary to repair equipment will be furnished at current list prices. Equipment must be in working condition before it can be placed under a service contract.
